The beautiful weekend is over, it’s back to remotely working from home, work, waiting for news updates, supermarket trips and virtual meetings. This week lets try to make sure we do a few small things to make our day.
Partner – Give our partner the biggest hug and tell them how much we love them a few times this week.
Single – tell ourselves that we love ourselves and that we are amazing or dope. ❤️
You – treat yourself to something small, like your favorite coffee, a relaxing candle or snack, anything that we usually put off from buying that we love ❤️
The little things can help to rid our minds from daily stress.

With the virus still looming, many resolutions, personal goals and success have become challenging for some to accomplish. This in not the time to become discouraged. Writing, speaking and thinking our plans into existence will help to bring them to life. If the plan was to start a new business, stay positive and push forward with your idea. I know at this moment things are extremely difficult, but do not give up. Whether heading back to college, switching careers, or becoming a stay at home parent, our strength comes from within. It’s only four months since January, we will bring our passions to life with patience, resilience and belief in our abilities. Our time is coming.
Those who’s successes have been on track thus far, remaining thankful for all that’s accomplished will set the tone towards an amazing year ahead. ❤️

A few days ago I went to grab a quick latte from Starbucks. I pulled up to the window and handed my phone to pay, but the barista informed me the person ahead had paid for my drink already. I was taken aback for a moment, during these hard times with unemployment rates skyrocketing, others are thinking about helping. Something in me wanted to speed out of the line and search for the car that covered my tab and immediately give them a billion thanks. I knew I had to keep the line moving. I then paid for the person behind me and the person behind them. As I drove away, I then spoke the words thank you out loud in hopes the universe would send that message to the car before me… ❤️
Sometimes it’s just the small gestures in life that can make some ones day. Saying thank you or holding the door for another can mean the world to someone going through a hard day. 🌎
Petals in the wind✨
As the weather warms It’s a good time to let go of some of our past thoughts that may still bring us down. On a beautiful day, write down a list of thoughts you wish to let go, For each thought, choose a rose petal or flower petal and place it in your hand. Close your hand tightly and raise your hand close to your heart while closing your eyes and speaking out loud why you are letting go of this thought. Then grab a zip lock bag and place the petal gently in. Repeat these steps for all your thoughts. Next, choose a destination like a beach, park or a spot that means a lot to you. Empty the petals and take a deep breath, promising yourself to never speak on these chosen thoughts again. If you find your conscious takes you back one day to any of your chosen thoughts. Think back on this day and how good it felt to finally be free❤️
