If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact ILJ within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Clear photos of the item and packaging may be requested so the issue can be reviewed.
If an order issue is approved, a replacement or refund may be provided depending on the circumstances.
