Not everything that appears powerful has the energy to sustain its existence.

There are moments when the mind can create an entire reality around something that was never as powerful as it appeared to be. A thought gets repeated, fear gives it weight, and eventually the story can begin to feel larger than what is actually happening.

Negative realities can grow in the same way. When they are repeatedly imagined, reshaped, or fed with attention, they can begin to feel almost untouchable. Yet appearance and power are not always the same thing.

Threats born from a distorted, conjured reality are like a universe without energy. They may appear vast and powerful, but what is manufactured in the mind cannot draw power from reality.

Sometimes the greatest shift comes when we stop feeding what was never meant to have that much power in the first place. What once seemed enormous can become smaller the moment we recognize where its power was coming from. Not everything that occupies the mind deserves a permanent place in our reality.
