Future ✨

What are you most worried about for the future?

One of my biggest concerns for the future is the well-being of the younger generation. As technology continues to advance rapidly, I worry about their ability to strike a healthy balance between using these technological tools to better their lives and maintaining their mental health. With the constant influx of information and distractions that technology brings, it can be easy for young people to become overwhelmed and disconnected from their thoughts and feelings.

I also worry about the importance of staying connected to values that promote confidence and stability. In a constantly changing world, it can be easy to lose sight of what truly matters. Individuals need to have a strong foundation of values that guide them in making decisions and navigating the complexities of life. Without this grounding, finding a way in a chaotic and unpredictable world may be a challenge.

Furthermore, I worry about the pressures to conform to societal expectations and norms. In a world that often values superficiality and conformity, it can be challenging for individuals to stay true to themselves and resist the temptation to conform to the facade of what is expected of them. Courage and positive support are good resources, even when they may be difficult or unpopular.

I hope a healthy balance of love and connection keeps good energy flowing and the worries of the future can just be a myth of the past.:)

Thoughts ✨

Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

I try to follow a structured approach that goes beyond just surviving to build a solid foundation for my future. I believe that living in the moment can sometimes create anxiety about the future. By adopting a more structured routine and sustainable lifestyle, I have the flexibility to adjust my daily activities, which helps me maintain balance.

Who is your favorite historical figure?

The individuals I’ve crossed paths with and lost are my favorite historical figures of the past. They have provided me with an abundance of experiences and interactions that have helped me to flourish and appreciate the authenticity of life.

Give it your all ✨

Describe one of your favorite moments.

During my time in high school, some friends and I were fortunate enough to participate in a large televised dance talent show. Despite feeling extremely nervous, we had practiced for weeks leading up to the event. A couple of days before the show, I fell ill and considered not performing due to a sore throat. However, I ultimately decided to push through. Even though we didn’t win, I was proud of myself for persevering, facing challenges, and giving it my all for the team.

Never give up,

Cher, XO
