What animals make the best/worst pets?
If I had to decide between the best and worst pets, I’d choose guinea pigs as the worst. While they are incredibly cute, their short lifespan makes losing them very heartbreaking. I had one named Sheldon, who was my pride and joy and lived for 8 years—he was the best pet. The best type of pet, in my opinion, is one we can bond with emotionally and receive that connection back, which can apply to many different animals.
