Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

I try to follow a structured approach that goes beyond just surviving to build a solid foundation for my future. I believe that living in the moment can sometimes create anxiety about the future. By adopting a more structured routine and sustainable lifestyle, I have the flexibility to adjust my daily activities, which helps me maintain balance.

  1. All, I try to do now is live in the moment.

    In the past, I realize I was so hung up on the past and worried about the future that I missed so much it was right in front of me.

    The greatest regret of my entire life is missing a lot of it. so now I’m very present and try to be as much as I can. It isn’t easy, because the hard moments last longer but there’s so many other great moments and nuances. Just my $.10. 😊

      First, pat yourself on the back for filtering out toxicity and acknowledging things that were keeping you in a dark place. Many of us fall into that trap, which hinders progress and triggers fear. It’s great that you have developed coping mechanisms that keep you present. While you feel you have missed out on so much, now a part of your past, you have so many wonderful moments to create in the present.

      1. Thank you for saying so. I’m trying I made a lot of mistakes. Had to learn from repeated a lot of mistakes had to relearn relearn relearn but I think I’m getting there. In the very least, I have a lifetime of writing material from it all. Lol
